With the concept of the Iron Chef from the Food Network, with the brilliant idea and planning of Arc 90 and with the help of the Institute of the Culinary Education Arc 90’s Iron Chef event was held.
4 uniquely formed teams, $100.00 to spend & Richard Ziade’s 3 secret ingredients:
- PISTACHIO - a very middle eastern ingredient
- MANGO - a very clever & flavour full ingredient
- RICE KRISPIES - a very tricky ingredient
